I’m glad you’re here. I’m a pre-licensed counselor, executive coach, and consultant. I provide therapy under supervision in Georgia, supporting high-achieving individuals navigating burnout, anxiety, identity shifts, and life transitions. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and rooted in helping you reconnect with clarity and purpose.

Together, we create space to explore the pressures you carry, the patterns that keep you stuck, and the version of you that feels most aligned. My work integrates empowerment, trauma-informed, narrative, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to support meaningful, sustainable change.

In addition to supervised therapy, my executive coaching* and organizational consulting services are designed to support individuals and teams seeking growth, alignment, and effectiveness.

*Please note that therapy and coaching are two different practices. Coaching clients cannot be therapy clients, and vice versa.
