Nwaka Isamah is a master’s-level pre-licensed counselor under supervision (Associate License pending) and certified executive coach based in Atlanta, Georgia. Nwaka received her master’s in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University, holds an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, and a certificate in Organizational Leadership from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

With over a decade of experience in the corporate workforce as a leader and mental health advocate, Nwaka specializes in helping individuals feel engaged, heard, well, whole, happy, and purposeful, specifically in the workplace.

Outside of corporate wellbeing, Nwaka has been trained in trauma-informed therapy, with focus on narrative, cognitive-based, solution-focused, and psychodynamic approaches. Her primary focus is on identity development, self-empowerment and agency, resilience, spirituality, and internal storytelling.

Nwaka is certified as an executive coach from Emory University and a Restorative Justice facilitator from the University of San Diego.

Nwaka founded NOI Coaching & Consulting LLC to provide services related to supervised counseling, executive coaching, team building, facilitation, performance, well-being, and leadership development.
